A New Chapter in a Long Manufacturing Journey
SoftZ Furniture is a contemporary furniture brand built on a manufacturing journey that began in 2001. Although the SoftZ brand was introduced only in recent years, the factory behind it has remained part of our own furniture business since its early days in Shunde, Foshan, China.
Our manufacturing operation began with oak dining tables, dining chairs, and sofas for export. Cyprus and the United Kingdom were among our first international markets, followed by a gradual expansion into other parts of Europe. Through these years, we developed hands-on experience in furniture production, export coordination, and working with a variety of customer requirements.
Our Furniture Today
Today, contemporary indoor sofas are a major focus of our collection. We also produce dining tables and chairs, with walnut as an important material in our dining furniture range, as well as outdoor sofas and dining furniture using teak, aluminum, stainless steel, and other project-appropriate materials.
Alongside manufacturing, we offer furniture sourcing and coordination services to help clients assemble cohesive selections for entire homes and other spaces.
Experienced People, Capable Production
Our factory operates across approximately 12,000 square meters with around 120 skilled production workers and semi-automated production equipment. Key department leaders bring roughly 30 years of furniture industry experience, contributing practical knowledge in materials, construction, production scheduling, and quality oversight.
This foundation supports reliable execution of standard products as well as customization projects that require more detailed engineering, sampling, or production coordination.

Customization, Development & OEM/ODM
We believe furniture should suit the space, people, and purpose it serves. Depending on the product and technical requirements, customers can explore adjustments to dimensions, layouts, upholstery, materials, colors, and finishes.

For business clients, we also support OEM/ODM projects involving concept review, product development, prototyping, and volume manufacturing. We assess technical feasibility and cost implications together, with the aim of matching design goals to realistic production solutions and budgets.
Consistent Standards Across Order Sizes
Our quality expectations do not change simply because an order is large or small. We work with both wholesale buyers and individual households, applying the same attention to product specifications and communication.
For larger orders, we emphasize realistic production plans and shipping coordination to support mutually agreed schedules. Where an order is urgent, we can assess available capacity and discuss feasible accelerated arrangements rather than promising an unconditional delivery date.
Testing & Market Requirements
Product testing requirements vary by destination, product type, and intended use. Where applicable, we can discuss and help coordinate relevant third-party testing or certification processes for European or U.S. market requirements. Applicable standards, test scope, timing, and additional fees will be agreed before work begins. Testing or certification is not implied for products unless specifically confirmed.
International Sourcing & Delivery Support
Our experience in furniture exports informs the way we coordinate product selection, manufacturing, packaging, and international freight. Depending on the destination and agreed commercial terms, we can discuss international shipping and door-to-door delivery arrangements.
