Website purpose
This website introduces our furniture, manufacturing capabilities, customization services and selected installation photographs. Browsing a product or sending an inquiry does not place an order or reserve stock. Orders proceed through a separate quotation and written confirmation process.
Product photographs and appearance
Photographs show particular samples, finishes or configurations. Upholstery colors and textures can appear different because of lighting, screens and image processing. Where a collection cover uses an edited studio background, the product page identifies this and retains original photographs for reference. Installation images show photographed spaces and do not by themselves establish the specification supplied for another order or identify every party involved in a project.
Dimensions, materials and configurations
Listed dimensions are reference specifications, generally in centimeters and in width × depth × height order unless stated otherwise. Different modular layouts, selected materials and custom requests can affect the final specification. Any dimension marked as unconfirmed must be clarified before ordering. Please obtain written confirmation of your selected layout, measurements, upholstery, materials, colors and other requirements.
Quotations and orders
Prices, availability, quantities, customization feasibility, production timing, payment arrangements and other commercial conditions are confirmed for each inquiry. A website image or description is not a guaranteed offer of a particular specification, delivery date or price. The accepted quotation, order confirmation and any separately agreed contract set out the terms of an order.
Delivery, testing and after-sales arrangements
Shipping scope, destination, freight charges, duties, taxes, installation and any door-to-door service depend on the agreed commercial terms. Applicable testing or certification, its scope, fees and timing require separate confirmation. Warranty, cancellation, returns, damage reporting and other after-sales arrangements must be confirmed for the order, subject to applicable consumer rights.
